Description
General purpose masonry mortar, Type G M30, for laying ceramic bricks (especially
solid), indoors and outdoors. This mortar has refractory properties (stable behaviour in the presence of heat).
It is not considered a mortar for insulating purposes.
Properties
Masonry mortar with workability and fresh consistency which, due to its refractory properties, allows the construction of works subject to heat.
Composition
Dry mortar composed of special cements (normal-setting aluminous cement with considerable initial strength after 24 hours), refractory aggregates and specific additives.
Support
Cementitious plaster, ceramic brick and refractory ceramic brick
Application instructions
- Mix in a proportion of 25 kg of powder to 4.5 kg of clean water, manually or with a slow electric mixer, until you obtain a consistent, homogeneous mass without lumps.
- The ceramic material must be wet and then applied damp without a film of water.
- Apply to the surface with full and even distribution.
- Press and adjust the ceramic pieces.
- The recommended layer thickness is 5 to 15 mm.
- The maximum placement/adjustment time is 15 minutes.
- Check the cleanliness of the surface of the parts to be fitted.
- Scrape and clean joints before the mortar hardens.
- Avoid adding product and/or water to the already mixed mortar, particularly when it reaches the hardening process.
