Description

Industrial self-levelling mortar for interiors, Type CT C30 F8, with high performance. Suitable for levelling floors with a thickness of 5 to 20 mm, such as: garages, industrial areas and for finishing and levelling floors, before laying the final covering.

Indoor application

Self-leveling

High Resistance

EN 998-1:2016

HIGH FLEXIBILITY

Properties

Premature resistance, with normal pedestrian movement possible after 6 hours and more intense pedestrian movement possible after 12 hours. When mixed with water, the product acquires excellent fluidity. It can be applied with a mixing/pumping machine.

Composition

Special cements/binders, resins, mineral fillers and specific additives.

Support

Plaster and cement screeds properly smoothed and consolidated.

IApplication instructions

Product for exclusive use by Professionals

• Mix 5.25 litres of clean water for each 25 kg bag of
powder with a slow electric mixer (500 rpm). The mixture should be fluid, homogeneous and free of lumps;
• Leave to stand for 2 minutes and mix again;
• Spread the paste over the surface;
• Make a first pass, pressing the product against the support, to fill the holes;
• Apply the fluid paste all at once and help it spread with a metal spatula (which can be
notched) or a roller;
• The self-levelling agent can be applied continuously;
• It is recommended to use a spiked roller during application;
• After 24 hours (first check the hardness of the self-levelling agent), on large surfaces, make
a longitudinal and transversal cut, between 5 and 8 m, or by cutting through the existing cut in the support.
You can also use spacers for this purpose with stress-absorbing properties;
• To apply a final coat of paint, for example epoxy or polyurethane, it is essential
to check that there is no moisture on the floor, regardless of the drying time.
